My new River Cabin got a review. They photos they took are better than mine!

"The Easy Street Retreat offers luxury cabin accommodation right on the bank of the crystal-clear waters of the beautiful Bellinger River about a half hour drive west of Bellingen toward Dorrigo. The road to Easy Street Retreat is a feature in itself. Think winding country road through thick forest, opening at sections to rolling green hills, and multiple crossings of the Bellinger across single lane wooden bridges.
Two cabins are available: the Cumquat Cabin; surrounded by lush greenery about 100m from the river, and the River Cabin with its river views, verandah, retro-style furnishings and all the modern conveniences. Features include high, raked ceilings, fireplace, polished hardwood floors and a blend of antique, modern and refurbished retro furniture. A range of books, music, DVDs and board games are placed around the cabin for the entertainment of guests. Towels and fold-up chairs are available for guests to take on the short stroll down to the river for a swim. A deep swimming hole can be found right in front of the 2 ha property, framed by a curtain of dense forest in the Bellinger River National Park on the far bank of the river.
The river is perfect for a spotting platypus and other wildlife, such as turtles, eels and catfish. For the creative, the River Cabin has an art studio attached as an optional extra.
